Human Resources DEI Intern

Position Description

The Office of Human Resources provides comprehensive workplace services to Princeton University’s administrative and support staff in the areas of benefits and work life, compensation, talent acquisition, administrative and engagement services, service recognition, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, learning and development, and human resources information systems. The intern would mainly work on projects related to diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and talent acquisition teams. They will also have the opportunity to partner with a variety of individuals and departments within HR throughout their internship. The HR intern will join our HR team on tasks like assisting with recruiting & onboarding activities, executing employee-related programs, analyzing data, and assisting with other HR administrative projects. They will provide support to the HR Talent Acquisition and DEI teams.
