Princeton Junior Summer Institute Program Fellow

Position Description

The Princeton JSI Program aspires to support students from historically marginalized backgrounds in preparation for future careers and graduate studies in public policy. Our program runs from early June through the end of July annually. This position is expected to complete various administrative functions, including:

-Assist with JSI student onboarding;
-Assist with ordering food and coordinating setup/delivery with caterers;
-Assist with making room reservations on campus;
-Assist with booking vendors, as needed;
-Assist with simple data entry or form creation in Microsoft Excel/Google Forms;
-Assist with distribution of student textbooks and supplies;
-Support JSI Instructors with classroom materials (making copies and other tasks that may arise);
-Capture social media content (pictures and videos, when appropriate);
-Other administrative tasks, as needed.
